True Love

God says, “I have plans for you.” Jeremiah 29:11

There is no message more powerful than repentance from sin. Without God’s holiness, there is no peace. God’s love is pure; it neither manipulates nor intimidates. It is genuine—never jealous or envious. True love does not pretend, betray, or seek personal gain through greed. Where there is anger, doors are opened to indulgence.

Many believe that love is found in another human being. They say, “I’m in love. I’ve found the perfect person for my life.” It is as if they think their senses can lead them to their final destination. But love is not something to be found—love is, and it never ceases to be.

God’s love is not emotional; it is not sustained by sensual memories but by the power of His truth. His love is tender and does not unite with darkness to compensate.

Today is the day to let go of what is false—anger, resentment, and pride. Today you can say, “Lord, I want to change and be a vessel not filled with vanity or false humility.”
